Rader Photoelectric Integrated Ocean Surveillance and early warning system solution
Provide monitoring solution for border, coastal defense, ship-based monitoring, forest fire protection, river navigation, water conservancy hubs and other projects
The water monitoring system consists of a control center, monitoring stations, and enforcement units. It includes a multi-sensor perception system, AIS data fusion, image fusion, identification system, threat warning system, and the radar and camera signals are transmitted to the control center via wired or microwave wireless communication.
Main Features:
1. Detecting ship targets in the water area.
2. Calculating the position, heading, and speed of the ships.
3. Continuously tracking ships entering the area and recording their trajectories.
4. Integrating with AIS dynamic and static information.
5. Enemy identification and generating alarms.
6. Radar-guided optical identification and tracking of ships.
7. Automatic capture and video evidence collection of ships by optical devices.
8. Setting up multiple levels of alert zones with automatic alarms.
9. Information recording, storage, and playback.
10. Setting up alarm areas for electronic fences.
Monitoring of the areas near water areas:
- Deploy a multi-sensor intelligent perception system, utilizing radar, photoelectric devices, and AIS for comprehensive, all-weather, and round-the-clock ship information perception and scene monitoring in the water areas.
- Set up electronic fences to monitor vessels entering or about to enter the area. The electronic fences are divided into different levels, including the attention zone, warning zone, control zone, and handling zone. Different levels of electronic fences generate different alarms and trigger different actions.
- Configure an Automatic Identification System (AIS) for vessel management and identification. Identify vessels without AIS or not present in the system database and generate alarms to notify law enforcement personnel to drive them away. Allow passage for vessels in our AIS database.
- Set up a centralized control center, configure scene analysis and threat warning systems to achieve target information fusion, behavioral analysis, intelligent discrimination, and disposal planning.
- Network multiple radars and cameras to achieve comprehensive coverage of the area without blind spots.
Multi-sensor Perception System:
Deploy various detection devices such as radar, optical-electric, AIS, GPS/Beidou, etc.
Identification System:
Perform identification of friend or foe based on AIS matching in the system database. Identify vessels not in the database or vessels without AIS installed.
Data Fusion System:
Fusion of radar-derived ARPA information and AIS data. Clicking on relevant targets allows fusion with image data.
Enforcement System:
Configure corresponding audio-visual alarm systems, collect real-time data and video, and send warning messages to the other party via AIS and VHF.
Scene Analysis and Threat Warning System:
Create electronic fences in arbitrary polygons, track and analyze entering targets, and record vessel trajectories.
Information Transmission System:
Each functional system adopts fiber optic or wireless devices for information data transmission.
Space-Time Reference System:
Utilize GPS and Beidou devices, configure relevant system software to achieve consistency in time and spatial information.
